Job Description

Enclave Dubai, founded in 2025, is a Dubai-based brokerage covering residential and commercial, secondary and off-plan property. Built on 7+ years of Dubai market experience, Enclave combines RERA-certified expertise, market intelligence, developer relationships and a client-first approach.

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales
Proven Dubai/UAE secondary market experience preferred
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Valid UAE driving license
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

50%–70% commission structure
Fresh daily leads and full marketing support
