Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Search Marketing Analyst to monitor, analyze, and optimize our SEO and paid search campaigns. This role focuses on data-driven insights that guide strategy, improve campaign performance, and maximize ROI across search channels.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, skilled in interpreting complex datasets, and capable of translating insights into actionable recommendations for both organic and paid marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO and PPC performance across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Measure the effectiveness of campaigns against KPIs and ROI goals.
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists, PPC managers, and content teams to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments to improve conversion rates and engagement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, search algorithm changes, and analytics best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in search marketing analysis (SEO, PPC, or SEM).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, and SEO/PPC reporting tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Data Studio).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with multi-channel attribution modeling.
  • Familiarity with paid social analytics (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications.
  • Knowledge of CRO and website performance metrics.
