Scrub Nurse - UAE- Immediate Joining

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Scrub Nurse to join a reputable healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will assist surgeons and the operating theatre team during surgical procedures, maintain a sterile environment, and ensure patient safety throughout the perioperative process.

Candidates holding a valid DHA Nursing License or DHA Eligibility Letter are encouraged to apply.

• Prepare the operating theatre, surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies before procedures.
• Scrub in and assist surgeons during surgical operations.
• Maintain strict aseptic techniques and infection control standards.
• Perform instrument, needle, and surgical swab counts before, during, and after procedures.
• Ensure the availability and sterility of surgical instruments and supplies.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other operating theatre staff to ensure smooth surgical workflows.
• Monitor and maintain patient safety and adhere to hospital policies and clinical protocols.
• Complete surgical documentation and assist with post-operative theatre procedures.
• Follow established standards for sterilisation, infection prevention, and quality assurance.

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Valid nursing registration or professional license from the country of practice.
• Relevant experience in an operating theatre as a Scrub Nurse.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and infection prevention protocols.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• A valid DHA Nursing License or DHA Eligibility Letter is mandatory.
• Candidates must meet the applicable UAE healthcare licensing requirements.
