About our client

Our client is an established investment group, based in Dubai. This team is part of a larger institution with a strong team culture. They are looking to hire a Director / MD to focus on strategy, operations and investments in the schools sector in the MENA region.

This role would require full relocation to Dubai.

What the job involves

• Refining strategy
• Leading the operations of the business
• Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process, from sourcing and analysis to the execution of any investment opportunities including due diligence
• Participate in meetings with company management
• Building and maintaining relationships within the industry
• Leading the overall strategy, development, and management of the schools portfolio
• Managing the financial performance of the portfolio, ensuring adequate returns while minimising risk
• Managing the portfolio of schools and overseeing operations
• Leading and growing the team
  
  

• Senior operating experience within the schools sector, specifically within the K-12 space in the MENA region
• Experience of growing a schools business and of creating and implementing business strategies
• Ability to coach and lead other team members
• Experience of leading and building teams
• Ability and willingness to relocate to Dubai
