🔍 Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled SCADA Engineer (Contractual Role) to join our Engineering | SCADA department in Sharjah-Dubai.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate the SCADA system to ensure continuous and reliable system performance.
• Perform data validation of data on SCADA System (From field till Aveva Platform)
• Ability to schedule, plan and perform validation-verification tasks
• Prepare checklist (site wise) and execute system verification of SCADA system
• Monitor system alarms, events, and logs and respond promptly to abnormal conditions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SCADA software, communication, and integration issues.
• Maintain system backups, restore procedures, and data integrity
• Support configuration changes, system updates, and patch management.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, maintenance records, and reports.
• Assist in system upgrades, testing, and commissioning activities when required.
• Ensure high system availability and minimal downtime for critical operations.
• Ability to Design, write, implement, test, and document SCADA and HMI logic/scripts.
• Develop and execute SCADA system validation/testing protocols.
• Install, test, and commission SCADA systems onsite.
• Good hands-on experience on project documentations, MS Office (MS Excel, Word, Power-point)
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with AVEVA System Platform.
• Experience with Schneider M340 PLC will be an added advantage.

• Organized, efficient, and able to perform under pressure.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Skilled at identifying errors and implementing corrective actions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
