Job Description
- Lead enterprise applications and high-impact digital transformation
- Own SAP, ERP and Microsoft AX projects across a UAE organisation
- Our client is an established organisation in the UAE with a strong focus on technology-enabled business improvement. They are investing in their IT capabilities to drive greater efficiency, automation and digital transformation across the organisation
- Lead IT and enterprise application projects from scope definition through delivery, ensuring projects meet agreed timelines and budgets.
- Own and optimise key business applications, including SAP, ERP and Microsoft AX, while supporting application lifecycle management.
- Partner with business functions to identify process improvements, automation opportunities and digital transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and software solutions, providing recommendations on adoption, upgrades and continuous improvement.
- Support IT governance through vendor management, reporting, budgeting, compliance and the development of robust policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- 7-10 years' experience within IT project management, enterprise applications or a closely related environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP and ERP environments, including Microsoft AX.
- Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering IT projects alongside managing operational technology requirements.
- Strong project leadership, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills; SAP, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Microsoft Dynamics certifications are advantageous
- Opportunity to shape enterprise applications and digital transformation within an established UAE organisation.
- Broad exposure across business-critical IT systems, automation and emerging technologies.
- A visible role working closely with senior IT leadership and stakeholders across the organisation.
