SAP S 4HANA Finance FI JVA And Revenue Recognition Expert

Summary:

This role is focused on providing expert-level SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) consultancy, specifically around Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) and Revenue Recognition (RAR). The primary goal is to ensure efficient JVA processes and effective revenue recognition strategies within the organizations SAP systems.

Main Responsibilities:

• Joint Venture Accounting (JVA): End-to-end understanding of the JVA lifecycle, including venture setup, partner maintenance, equity share definition, transaction postings, billing and cash calls, settlement, and reporting.
• Configure and support JVA accounting scenarios in SAP S/4HANA.
• Revenue Recognition (RAR): Design and implement revenue recognition processes, defining contract and performance obligation structures.
• Configure how contracts are grouped in SAP: Project/WBS, Sales Order, Billing Plan.
• Integration & Cross-Module Collaboration: Work closely with integrated SAP modules: SD, PS, MM/FI.
• SAP Finance (FICO): Strong knowledge of core FICO processes including General Ledger, Asset Accounting, and financial postings and reporting.
  
  

• 8+ years of SAP FI experience with JVA and Revenue Accounting focus.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Strong understanding of integrated SAP processes (SD, PS, MM).
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
