We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and controlling within an SAP environment. As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to ensure that our financial operations run smoothly. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and provide solutions to meet business needs. The role demands a thorough understanding of business processes and a knack for building strong relationships across the organization, allowing you to deliver high-quality support and end-user training. Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements to design suitable SAP FICO solutions.
• Configuration and enhancement of SAP FICO modules for optimal performance.
• Provide expert guidance on best business practices with in-depth SAP knowledge.
• Implement and manage finance-related projects ensuring timely delivery.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials for end-users.
• Conduct system testing to validate functionality against business requirements.
• Identify areas for process optimization and propose innovative solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the SAP FICO system.
• Resolve technical issues through detailed analysis and troubleshooting techniques.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Maintain documentation related to configurations, processes, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in SAP FICO consulting or support.
• Proven track record of successful SAP FICO implementations in large organizations.
• Strong understanding of business processes in financial accounting and controlling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Certification in SAP FICO is preferred but not mandatory.
