We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in SAP FICO systems and processes, capable of optimizing financial operations to enhance business efficiency. As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will work closely with various departments to implement, configure, and support SAP FICO modules. You will play a pivotal role in financial analysis and reporting, designing workflows, and providing end-user training to ensure smooth operational processes. Your expertise will be essential in supporting the financial and controlling modules of SAP, offering solutions that meet the business requirements, improve process accuracy, and increase overall financial transparency. This role demands a highly analytical mind, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of existing SAP FICO systems and processes within the organization.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP FICO implementation and configuration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for SAP modules.
• Design and configure SAP FICO solutions that meet specific business needs and compliance standards.
• Manage end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
• Conduct extensive testing of the SAP FICO modules to ensure the system functions accurately.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to optimize SAP FICO usage across the company.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO issues to minimize business disruptions.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Generate comprehensive reports and documentation required for auditing and compliance purposes.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to integrate SAP FICO processes with other business areas.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP FICO enhancements and best practices to continually improve our systems.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working as an SAP FICO Consultant or similar position.
• In-depth understanding of SAP FICO modules, financial processes, and business functions.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP systems to meet business needs.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and develop actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in SAP FICO or related ERP modules is preferable but not mandatory.
