What will you be doing as a Senior Salesforce Consultant?

As Salesforce Consultant you are responsible for the functional implementation and optimization of the Salesforce platform at the customers site. You are present during the entire project and take on the functional aspect, ranging from supporting the sales team and the functional elaboration of the project to guiding the end users.

Next to that, you will play an integral part in growing our Salesforce offering in the east of the country.

A short overview of your tasks:

• You prepare functional analyses with all stakeholders involved through workshops and fit-gap analysis.
• You analyze the needs and objectives of the customer and translate the requirements to the Salesforce Platform, working closely with other consultants and developers.
• You are responsible for the configuration of Salesforce at the customer site. Your more technically focused colleagues will take up development, so coding skills are not required.
• You might also be involved in the pre-sales process, building product demos and quotations.

• We count on at least 5 years experience as a CRM consultant or analyst. Knowledge of Salesforce is a must.
• Experience in leading a team is a big plus – after all you’ll help us grow our offering to different parts of the country
• You have strong analytical skills and you find delivering quality important.
• Your talent for communication and assertiveness will come in very useful since you know how to ask all the right questions.
• You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English? Great! This is a must to communicate with your colleagues and clients. Knowledge of French is a bonus.
