Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan—the global delivery giant—is on a mission to transform food and consumer product delivery worldwide. What Youll Do

• Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate training needs
  
  

• Materials design experience. 2. Public speaking skills, willing to do business travels within the country
  
  

• Deliver high-impact training sessions in-person and virtually, with a strong focus on engagement and knowledge retention. 2. Lead onboarding sessions for new hires, as well as continuous learning initiatives for existing staff. 3. Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics; refine content and approach based on feedback and outcomes. 4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Merchant Growth) to align training programs with business needs. 5. Maintain and update a library of course materials, manuals, and training assets. 6. Support the rollout of new tools, processes, and features through clear instructional content.
