The Sales Team Leader in retail plays a pivotal role in driving sales team performance and ensuring superior customer service within a retail environment. Responsibilities

  • Stay updated with market trends and adjust sales strategies to remain competitive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, with a minimum of two years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to drive team performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with team and customers.
  • Proficient in using retail management systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Adept at analyzing sales data to make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as retail demands.
