Job Description

The Sales Team Leader plays a crucial role in managing and guiding the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, share best practices, and discuss challenges.
  • Oversee the onboarding and training of new sales team members to ensure team integration.
  • Provide critical feedback and coaching to team members to improve sales techniques and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to aid sales growth and retention.
  • Ensure the team adheres to the organization’s sales policies and procedures at all times.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to executive stakeholders regularly.
  • Identify potential market opportunities and competitive threats within the sales domain.
  • Manage team resources, including budgets, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive positive, sustainable results.
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
