The Sales Team Leader is a pivotal position within our dynamic sales organization. Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of assigned sales representatives to achieve targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive overall team performance.

  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Analyze sales data to identify market trends and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports for senior management review.
  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with the company's standards and policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities with new leads.
  • Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and develop plans to achieve them.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and operational functions of the sales department.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build networks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving team performance effectively.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM software, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to analyze data and communicate effectively to stakeholders and team members.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and competitive sales environment.
