Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Support to assist both our sales teams. This is an entry-level role (0–2 years of experience) geared toward someone who works with accuracy, supports senior sales and buying staff, and is eager to learn the aviation aftermarket business.

In this role, you will gather market data, assist with quoting and sale processes, input accurate information into our systems, and take on other duties as needed. Aviation aftermarket experience is a plus but not required.



Responsibilities

  • Support senior sales and buying teams in day-to-day operations
  • Research part market data (availability, pricing, sourcing) to support quoting and buying decisions
  • Assist senior sales staff by preparing quotes, proposals, and data inputs
  • Accurately input parts, quotes, sales and purchasing related data into our system
  • Maintain high attention to detail: ensure records, data entries, and communications are correct
  • Be willing to learn trace and paperwork requirements, vendor communication, and parts lifecycle in the aviation aftermarket
  • Proactively identify opportunities or gaps that could help the team (e.g., market trends, vendor sourcing ideas)
  • Demonstrate strong work ethic, respect for internal and external stakeholders, and willingness to adapt to multiple duties as needed
  • Operate in a fast-paced, high volume environment while maintaining accuracy



Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales support, operations, data entry or a related field; aviation aftermarket exposure a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Comfortable with entering and managing data in systems; basic proficiency with Excel or database tools
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Respectful, reliable, proactive, and able to support senior staff
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks under supervision
  • Ability to handle other duties as assigned and work collaboratively across teams


Additional Notes

  • This role is expected to grow rapidly; your performance and learning curve in the first 6 months will be critical
  • You will be given support and mentoring, but a successful candidate will show initiative and self-drive
  • Aviation aftermarket knowledge is beneficial but not required - we value attitude, accuracy, and willingness to learn
