Sales Support Officer in our office in Dubai

 

The Sales Support Officer is responsible for liaising between several departments in the company while making sure commercial targets are met.

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high volume of outbound calls per day, ensuring productive conversations and targeted pitches.
  • Consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by closing new client accounts.
  • Call all assigned leads on a daily basis and qualify them accordingly.
  • Execute structured call scripts and adapt sales techniques based on client profiles and objections.
  • Maximize conversion rates by following up on all assigned leads within agreed SLAs.
  • Apply effective objection handling techniques to secure client funding and activation.
  • Maintain disciplined call structures to ensure targeted pitches and rapid closures.
  • Document all sales activities, interactions, and outcomes accurately in the CRM system on a real-time basis.
  • Coordinate closely with the retail sales support department to ensure seamless client onboarding and funding processes.
  • Provide daily progress updates to the head pf retail sales support outlining leads contacted, conversions, and challenges faced.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and compliance in all client interactions.

Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Marketing/Logistics / Administration
