Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Support Executive to join our growing team.   • Provide administrative support to improve sales team's operational productivity.
  • Prepare and distribute regular sales reports and key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain sales documentation for quick access and reference.
  • Conduct market research to assist sales team with strategic planning initiatives.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and sales representatives.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary information or assistance.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and product demonstrations as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in sales support or an administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are crucial to the role.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing quality support services.
