Job Summary

The Sales Supervisor – Retail is responsible for overseeing retail sales operations. This includes managing a team of sales representatives, expanding retail coverage, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets within assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide retail sales representatives in assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with supermarkets, groceries, convenience stores, and other retail outlets.
• Ensure daily sales targets, route plans, and coverage are met effectively.
• Monitor product availability, visibility, and display standards at retail points.
• Execute retail promotions, offers, and merchandising plans.
• Track competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates.
• Train and support sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and stock replenishment.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG retail sales; experience in beverage or water industry is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
