Job Description

The Sales Supervisor position is a pivotal role responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or a similar leadership role in sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills are essential.
  • Ability to drive performance and foster a results-oriented sales culture.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other data analysis tools is required.
  • Ability to create and deliver strategic sales presentations effectively.
