About The Role:
The Sales Strategy and Operations team is a high-performance team chartered with assisting senior executives in driving the business forward.
The team is responsible for
(i) Partnering with senior sales leadership to drive and track the business under a rigorous data-driven approach, interpreting KPIs and providing executive recommendations ;
(ii) Owning the business operational model and cadence,
(iii) Planning for our future growth including both G4G and longer term cross functional strategic initiatives

Our Sales Strategy Analyst will play a critical role in the success of the team and become the key pool of talent to nurture, grow and develop into more senior roles within the organization.
The successful candidates will assist our sales leaders and managers in weekly activities and projects including business planning, sales governance, pipeline analysis, sales coverage optimization, ongoing sales performance measurement, etc. Deliverables range from robust analytic models, custom performance analysis and the packaging of findings into presentation-ready content for Salesforce executives. In this role, you will be supporting the Middle East SVP, working along side the regional Head of Strategy.
