Processing and converting qualified leads provided by the company
Conducting outbound calls and follow-ups with potential and existing clients
Presenting visa and trade license renewal services to business owners and company representatives
Negotiating commercial terms and closing deals
Maintaining CRM records and managing the sales pipeline
Building long-term relationships with clients and identifying repeat business opportunities
Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
Physically located in the UAE (mandatory)
Experience in sales, telesales, or business development (B2B services preferred)
Confident communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage objections and close transactions
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Arabic is a strong advantage
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented approach
Stable stream of leads (no need to search for clients independently)
Transparent commission structure (performance-based earnings)
Long-term cooperation
Compensation: commission-based (percentage from each closed deal; high earning potential for strong performers).
