Our esteemed organisation in Dubai looking for a Sales Growth Specialist who can turn leads into confirmed bookings and revenue.

It is not an accounting, finance, or back-office position.

Job description:

The ideal candidate should:

  • Handle inbound leads and inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, website, etc.) and convert them into confirmed bookings.
  • Make outbound calls and follow up with past and potential customers to generate new business.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel packages, Global visas, flights, hotels, and add-ons.
  • Upsell and cross-sell higher-value options (better hotels, room upgrades, tours, insurance, etc.) to maximize revenue.
  • Work with clear monthly sales targets and consistently aim to meet or exceed them.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update lead status, notes, and next actions.
  • Provide professional and timely responses to all customer inquiries to increase conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with the operations/ticketing team to ensure smooth processing of confirmed bookings.
  • Stay informed about destinations, offers, and promotions to confidently sell to customers.

    Salary up to 8000 AED plus commission
