As a Sales Slepcialist - Commercial Excellence you will partner with OFSE Sales Excellence team to drive sales performance, enables adoption of strategic initiatives, and translates data into actionable insight for sales leadership. The position plays a critical role in strengthening operating rigor and enhancing sales productivity across the organization.

You will be responsible for:


  • Developing strategic partnerships with key business and functional stakeholders to proactively support Sales & Commercial business objectives.
  • Project Manage key initiatives aligning to current business objectives and drive change management across the sales organization.
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations.
  • Support business reviews and key account performance deep dives
  • Partner on Geo-zone and GX transformation initiatives


To be successful in this role you will have:


  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
  • Strong business acumen with a minimum of 7 years of related work experience
  • Previous sales and commercial experience
  • Capable of influencing global teams to effectively drive execution on large scale projects
  • Strong experience working in complex matrix organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business vision into tactical execution

  • Oil and Gas industry expertise
  • PC proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Proficiency in Deal Machine (Salesforce.com)
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Strong process and analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with Senior Management
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems in dynamic, energizing environments.
  • Good at explaining ideas and finding ways to keep people’s attention.
  • Likes searching out information and experimenting to solve puzzles.
