Job Description

The Sales Specialist is a pivotal role responsible for driving sales and expanding a company's client portfolio. Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with current and prospective clients.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams for effective campaign execution.
  • Analyze customer requirements and propose custom solutions to fit their needs.
  • Track and report on sales activity, territory performance, and market trends.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to keep skills current.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent post-sales support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding established sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams and departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
