About the role :

As a Sales Representative, you will be a key driver of our growth in the UAE market.

Your mission is to identify new business opportunities, engage potential clients, and guide them through the adoption of our solutions all while working remotely.

You will also act as the voice of the market, sharing insights and customer feedback to help improve our products and strategy.

You will be responsible for :

• Identify, prospect, and qualify new business clients (SMEs, retail, restaurants, franchises, etc.)
• Conduct direct and indirect prospecting to generate new opportunities
• Understand client needs and deliver compelling product demonstrations (virtual meetings)
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets (leads, meetings, sales)
• Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of your sales pipeline
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the UAE
• Develop deep knowledge of Inyad’s products and features
• Collect and share customer feedback with the product team

Your qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (ideally in tech, SaaS, or business services)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and performance-driven
• Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and Microsoft Office
