As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while driving sales performance. Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell skincare products to potential and existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate skincare solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of skincare products.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide customers with detailed and accurate product information.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to products.
  • Track customer orders and ensure timely delivery of the products.
  • Report sales activities, market trends, and competitor information to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to promote products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in skincare.
  • Strong understanding of different skin types and skincare products.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and trade shows.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
