Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of all perfume products and lines offered.
  • Identify and engage prospective customers through targeted sales calls and presentations.
  • Provide product demonstrations and consultations to meet individual client needs and preferences.
  • Achieve sales targets and goals as set by the sales management team on a regular basis.
  • Build and nurture long-standing relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities within the perfume industry.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and events.
  • Prepare detailed sales proposals, contracts, and agreements for prospective clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Participate actively in sales meetings, training sessions, and product launches.
  • Regularly update customer records, reports, and sales strategies in the CRM system.
  • Conduct follow-ups on sales leads to convert them into potential customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably in the beauty or perfume sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team environment.
