Job Description

As a Sales Representative in Luxury Car Care, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our premium automotive care products. Your main focus will be to cultivate and nurture strong relationships with high-value clients who demand the best for their high-end vehicles. You will be responsible for representing the luxury brand image, delivering exceptional customer service, and surpassing sales targets. You'll work in a dynamic environment where knowledge of luxury automotive products and keen customer interaction skills will be essential to effectively communicate the unique benefits of our sophisticated product line. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-end clientele to ensure repeat business.
  • Represent and promote luxury car care products in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Identify potential clients and strategically expand the customer base within targeted markets.
  • Provide expert product knowledge to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management on a consistent basis.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the efficacy and superiority of luxury car care solutions.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to increase brand exposure and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies aimed at enhancing market presence.
  • Continuously update personal knowledge on industry trends and innovation in luxury car care.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns with a focus on preserving customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development of promotional material and campaigns that effectively target key demographics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in luxury retail or automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for luxury automobiles and care products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adept at building and maintaining professional relationships with high-end clientele.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales goals.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
