Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and highly driven Sales Representative to join our luxury car care team. This exciting position is perfect for someone with a passion for automobiles and a strong desire for exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and expanding our market share by promoting and selling our premium car care products. You will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, providing expert advice on our range of products, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Ideal candidates should have outstanding communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Your goal is to meet and exceed sales projections while fostering a loyal customer base through the delivery of exceptional service.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers to expand sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge to consumers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on product benefits and features.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to various audiences.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Track sales activities and outcomes using the company’s CRM system.
  • Participate in industry events and network with potential customers.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer requests and product improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the luxury automotive sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Results-driven with proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
  • A passion for luxury cars and knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is advantageous.
