We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative specializing in electrical products to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the electrical industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth within your assigned territory. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets within assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on the application of electrical products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to demonstrate product benefits and features.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize customer feedback to improve products, services, and sales processes effectively.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, sales activities, and market conditions regularly.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to enhance professional knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in electrical products or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical products, market segments, and sales best practices.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and consultative sales skills are required.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and data analysis tools is highly desirable.
