  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide customer-centric solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to drive product development.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals and competitive bids.
  • Track and report sales activities and results using CRM software.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote our products.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
  • Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure alignment on goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electrical products industry.
  • Strong understanding of electrical products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
