Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound activities. The Sales Representative will build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. In this role, you will work closely with the sales management team to ensure that company objectives are met and help in growing our customer base and achieving sales goals. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Identify potential clients and set appointments to promote company products.
  • Meet or exceed projected quarterly and annual sales goals and targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand.
  • Implement sales plans and manage sales activities within your assigned territory.
  • Provide customer feedback to the product development team for enhancement.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with a responsible financial understanding.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed and ensure competitiveness.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies across channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales representative role or similar position.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to stay updated on technological trends.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
