Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales or promotional roles demonstrating increased sales figures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse consumers effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and address them appropriately.
  • Confidence and charisma to approach potential customers and promote products.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of sales performance metrics and proficiency in reporting tools.
