Job Description

As a Sales Promoter 20D25, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of sales promotion activities aimed at maximizing product visibility and driving customer engagement. This role requires an individual who is enthusiastic about promoting products and services, capable of understanding customer needs, and possessing the ability to communicate effectively. You will be the frontrunner representing our brand to potential customers, ensuring that our products are effectively showcased and that customers receive the highest quality advice and service. Your ability to engage with customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and provide an excellent customer experience will be crucial to succeeding in this role. Working collaboratively with the sales and marketing team, you will help design and implement promotional strategies, aimed at increasing traffic and achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Promote products in a highly engaging and customer-focused manner.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products and their features to customers.
  • Maintain a positive image of the brand through professional interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on promotional strategies.
  • Engage with customers to understand their preferences and needs.
  • Set up and manage promotional events in retail settings and trade shows.
  • Track and report on promotional activities and their impact on sales.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and preferences.
  • Monitor competition and adjust promotional efforts to maintain an edge.
  • Utilize social media platforms to increase product visibility and engagement.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability for promotions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell related products to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales promoter or in a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong ability to understand and effectively present product information.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for engaging with people.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team for promotional success.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
