Job Description

The Sales Promoter 07D25 is an integral part of the sales and marketing team, responsible for driving the promotion of products and enhancing brand awareness in the market. This role focuses on boosting product sales by engaging with potential customers through face-to-face interactions, explaining product benefits, and offering persuasive demonstrations. The Sales Promoter must possess excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the products they represent. They are expected to create and maintain a strong presence in retail locations, attend promotional events, and work closely with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets. This position requires a proactive individual who is able to capture customer interest effectively and foster long-term relationships with clients.


Responsibilities

  • Promote products actively by engaging with potential customers directly.
  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of products effectively to clients.
  • Conduct in-store promotions to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective promotional strategies.
  • Provide detailed information about products' specifications and uses.
  • Monitor competitor products and report insights to the marketing team.
  • Maintain display areas, ensuring products are presented attractively.
  • Distribute samples, brochures, flyers, and other materials to prospective customers.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay information to the relevant departments.
  • Support sales team in achieving or surpassing monthly sales objectives.
  • Attend promotional events, trade shows, and workshops to increase product awareness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales promoter or in a similar sales role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success.
  • Ability to understand and demonstrate product features convincingly.
  • Strong capability to engage people and build positive customer relationships.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required for consideration.
