Job Description

The Sales & Operations Lead is an integral role within our organization, responsible for the seamless execution of sales strategies and operational processes. This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual who can manage and lead a team towards achieving business goals. The Sales & Operations Lead will bridge the gap between the sales department and other operational functions, ensuring that both areas are aligned and working effectively. With a strategic mindset, this person will identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency. The successful candidate will be skilled in sales forecasting, inventory management, and customer relationship management, adept at conducting market analysis and generating reports to drive informed business decisions. They will also work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies that support the company’s growth objectives. This role demands excellent communication and leadership skills to foster a high-performing team environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives and goals.
  • Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth business functions.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve high performance in sales.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure products are delivered timely and accurately.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring that all operations are cost-effective.
  • Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders within the industry.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to improve future outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations at all times.
  • Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement solutions.
  • Report to senior management on sales, operations performance, and challenges.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to streamline sales and operations processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales management and operations roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive strategic decisions.
  • Experience in inventory management and logistical operations is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure effectively.
