Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and operations leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sales data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead and motivate teams.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales operations tools is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
