Job Description

The Sales & Operations Coordinator is a vital link between the sales and operations departments, ensuring seamless coordination and communication to optimize organizational performance. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who excels at multitasking and has a proactive approach to managing both internal and external communications. The Sales & Operations Coordinator plays a crucial part in supporting sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and overseeing operational processes to ensure that business objectives are met. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales and operations to align strategies and optimize performance efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain sales reporting tools for accurate sales forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to address client inquiries and provide necessary operational support.
  • Manage the distribution of sales materials and promotional products to sales representatives.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of client orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to meet sales demand efficiently.
  • Conduct regular analysis of sales data to identify areas for improvements and opportunities.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Facilitate effective communication between different departments to foster collaborative working relationships.
  • Organize and participate in sales training sessions and workshops for team development.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts to prevent supply shortages.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all operational activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination or operations management roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sales data effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for data management tasks.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to operational challenges.
