The Sales & Operation - Waterproofing position is a pivotal role within the construction and building maintenance industry. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales and operations within the waterproofing sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of waterproofing products, techniques, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team efficiently.
