Job Description

This is an 80% sales support / commercial administration role, Ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working with contracts, quotations, data, and cross-functional coordination.

Experience in Hospitality, Hotel Supply, FMCG, Trading, or Distribution industries is a must

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations and support tender/bidding submissions
Review contracts, pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements
Process sales orders and coordinate with customer service teams
Manage product samples and logistics coordination
Maintain pricing and commercial data in ERP systems
Prepare sales reports, pricing analysis, and margin tracking
Support sales meetings, events, and daily administrative activities

Requirements

4+ years of experience in Sales Administration, Commercial Support, Order Management, Customer Service, or Trade Operations
Understanding of pricing, quotations, contracts, and order processing
Fluent English communication skills
