Job Description

The Sales Operation Strategy Manager for the MENA region plays a pivotal role in optimizing the sales function and driving the effective execution of sales strategies. This position is crucial for designing processes that improve sales efficiency and effectiveness, aligning sales strategies with broader company objectives, and ensuring the sales team is fully equipped to meet their goals. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives that enhance customer engagement and bolster revenue growth. This role requires a leader who can analyze complex data and take actionable steps for improvement. Furthermore, this position demands excellent communication skills to effectively manage key stakeholders across the MENA region, ensuring that sales strategies are not only designed but also executed with precision and adaptability to local market dynamics.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets in the MENA region.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and marketing strategies for product launches.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Optimize sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity among sales teams.
  • Monitor and report on competitive activity across the MENA region markets.
  • Identify and address gaps in sales performance through strategic adjustments.
  • Create training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales force.
  • Engage with key customers and partners to foster strong, lasting relationships.
  • Develop pricing strategies and sales forecasts in alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement performance evaluation processes to ensure accountability and drive results.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure sales feedback informs product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales strategy or operations role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sales data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven track record of executing successful sales strategies in the MENA region.
  • Willingness to travel within the MENA region as business needs dictate.
