Sales officer

About the Role

The outbound department of the contact center is a revenue-generating unit that makes calls to existing bank customers to promote additional products, ensuring basic eligibility and needs are identified.

We seek a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our Outbound Sales team in Dubai. In this role, you will be our valued customers point of contact, to promote and sell bank’s selective products and project a professional company image through phone interaction.

What Youll Do

• Make fresh outbound calls to generate new sale leads.

• Emphasize the advantages of the product, such as low interest rate, flexible repayment options, or highlight limited time offers or benefits to prompt immediate action.

• Establish credibility by providing transparent information and addressing concerns honestly.

• Follow-up on initial contacts as required to close the sale.

• Focus on day-to-day operations and ensure that targets are being met by the end of each month.

• Proactively identify gaps in the journey and process and develop actionable plans to enhance them.

What Youll Need

• Bachelors degree or any diploma

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

• Available to join immediately.

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive and customer-centric approach.
