Job Description

As a Sales Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue by actively engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and meeting sales targets set by the management. You will be the face of the company, representing our products and services with the utmost integrity and professionalism. A successful Sales Officer must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your main objective will be to increase the company's market share by identifying new business opportunities, successfully converting leads into clients, and consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and lead follow-ups.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver powerful presentations to showcase company products and services.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set forth by the company management.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to enhance brand presence.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track all stages of the sales process effectively.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support and maintain high customer retention levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales role within a similar industry is required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Competent in using CRM software and other sales tracking tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a proactive approach.
