Job Description

The position of Sales / Marketing Executive plays a vital role in driving the company's growth and market presence. As a Sales / Marketing Executive, you are responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to align efforts and ensure consistency in brand messaging and customer experience. Your efforts will be instrumental in improving sales, enhancing market reach, and ultimately increasing the company's profitability. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, and the ability to analyze market trends to make informed strategic decisions.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop cohesive strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships for sustainability.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments.
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement in customer sales performance.
  • Set sales goals and monitor performance through key performance metrics.
  • Prepare reports on accounts, sales, and marketing efforts for management review.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to maintain company competitiveness.
  • Ensure the development and execution of effective advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate to refine product positioning, pricing, and market expansion efforts.
  • Work closely with product development to ensure market needs are met effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales or marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
