Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Manager is a pivotal role responsible for driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives and achieving sales targets. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital marketing tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
