Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Head is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of all marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share for the company. This role involves designing innovative marketing campaigns, managing a dynamic sales team, and fostering relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in sales and marketing management roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills necessary for the role.
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions.
