Job Description Seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Marketing Services to sell our agencys services across UAE, GCC, and Russian-speaking businesses. The role involves fully remote work with cold and warm client databases: prospecting, negotiations, service presentations, and client management through to deal closure. Focus on B2B sales of marketing solutions. Key Responsibilities Adhere to company sales policies Work with cold and warm client databases (lead gen, calls, emails) Identify and engage potential clients (SMEs, startups, corporates) Conduct negotiations and service presentations (strategy, lead gen, AI bots, ads) Manage clients from first contact to deal closure Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads Develop tailored proposals (marketing, ads, AI tools) Achieve sales targets Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals Maintain accurate CRM reporting (Notion/Google Sheets possible) Analyze market, competitors, and client needs Qualifications 3+ years B2B sales experience in services (marketing, IT, consulting) Proven skills in cold calling/emailing and client handling Knowledge of digital marketing: Instagram/FB/TikTok/YouTube/Google ads, lead generation Understanding of AI solutions (bots, avatars) — advantage Strong network in UAE/GCC or Russian-speaking business Excellent negotiation and presentation skills (Zoom/Google Meet) Russian + English at free communication level Ability to work remotely, self-disciplined, results-oriented Experience with CRM (Notion, amoCRM, Google Sheets) Entrepreneurial mindset Salary Package Competitive base salary + high performance bonuses (uncapped).
