SQUARE YARDS, a leading and innovative real estate platform, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a Full-Time position ideal for a motivated professional with a passion for real estate and a proven track record in sales leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence within the competitive Dubai property market. You will play a pivotal role in developing sales strategies and fostering a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and provide professional development to a team of real estate sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market share.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, developers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary product knowledge and sales skills through regular training and coaching.
  • Uphold company standards and ensure all sales activities comply with UAE real estate regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the Dubai real estate sector.
  • A strong and demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market, including key developments and current trends.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving team success.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
