Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and managing architectural and façade glass projects from initial enquiry through contract negotiation, execution to final delivery. This role involves identifying and developing client relationships, securing high-value projects, coordinating with design, fabrication, and installation teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within specifications, and in line with commercial objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of architectural glass products, façade systems, fabrication processes, and installation requirements, with a proven ability to close complex projects and strengthen the company’s market presence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop and manage relationships with consultants, Interior designers, developers, façade contractors, Hospitality, Interior Fitouts and main contractors.
  • Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within the UAE market.
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations and tenders.
  • Lead contract negotiations, terms and close high-value façade glass projects in line with company policies.
  • Manage projects from order confirmation through production, delivery, and handover.
  • Coordinate with Design, Production, QA/QC, Planning, and Logistics teams.
  • Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and delivery schedules.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors as required
  • Monitor project budgets, variations, and payment milestones.
  • Handle client coordination, progress updates, and issue resolution.
  • Track sales pipeline, project status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on payments.
  • Prepare regular sales and project reports for management.

    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Structural) Business, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in façade / architectural glass industry within the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of glass types, façade systems, fabrication processes, and installation methodologies
  • Experience with high-rise, commercial, and complex architectural projects
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills
  • Familiarity with local authority approvals and standards
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Arabic speaking language is advantage
