Job Purpose:

The Northern Emirates area of the UAE represents a high-growth market from Ajman to Fujairah & Ras Al Khaimah; emerging as a key hospitality and entertainment hub, driven by significant investments in luxury resorts, premium F&B venues and expanding tourism. With ambitious developments, there is a unique opportunity to accelerate MMI as the preferred partner in this evolving sector.

We are seeking a dynamic, high-calibre Sales Manager with a proven track record, selling into in the luxury hotel/resort sector to drive growth, manage high-value accounts, and lead strategic commercial initiatives across Ras Al Khaimah and the wider Northern Emirates. In this role, you will oversee business development for premium hotel venues and exclusive hospitality establishments, ensuring strong brand positioning, activation with revenue & profit expansion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership & Commercial Expansion: Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy driving overall market penetration, growing commercial share, activating brand support and ensuring consistent revenue and profit growth.
  • Relationship & Account Management: Expanding brand presence by building, nurturing, and expanding partnerships with resort GMs, F&B teams, luxury hotels, entertainment venues, and event planners to maximise partnership sales opportunities across points of consumption.
  • Brand Activation & Promotions: Create and drive availability, visibility across categories, quality of serve solutions, implement pricing strategies, engage resort teams to build advocacy for MMI brands and build to deliver promotional plans through exclusive events, tastings, brand engagement showcases and tailored activations to enhance consumer engagement and sales across all points of purchase and consumption occasions.
  • Contract & Supplier Negotiation: Plan, negotiate and secure preferred supplier agreements with hotels, resorts, premium clients and hospitality groups, winning strong market presence and category leadership (alcohol and non-alcoholic categories).
  • Engagement with cross functional teams for support; supply chain, customer service & distribution, category teams and marketing, operational excellence trainers, commercial finance, IT and digital teams.
  • Team Development & Management: Lead, mentor, and support the account manager and central brand teams, ensuring alignment with sales targets, operational excellence, and superior client service. Reporting into the Head of Sales.
  • Compliance & Industry Standards: Ensure adherence to licensing regulations and operational best practices in hospitality environments.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Extensive experience (7+ years) in premium On Premise sales and management, business development, or account management within, luxury hotel and resort experience and high-end F&B industry.
  • Strong commercial background in high-value negotiations, contract agreements, and commercial planning within hospitality groups and venues.
  • Expertise in wines, champagne, spirits, beer and luxury beverages, ideally WSET Level 2 or higher.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, plan & drive sales growth, and implement brand strategies in hotel, premium resort & high-energy environments.
  • Deep understanding of resort operations and beverage supply with consumption activities; VIP guest experience management, and hospitality partnerships.
